Add product

Search products in Checkout, then choose Edit. Unit and expiry tracking are locked once stock has been received.

Add many SKUs

Import up to 500 new products per CSV. Existing products are edited individually.

Keep barcodes as text when preparing your file, so leading zeros stay intact. Stock quantities are received separately by batch.

Receive or adjust stock

Batch balances

Expiry is the last sellable day, in Malaysia time. Expired stock remains on hand until you record wastage or a return.
